SIR West Bengal Helper ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website to prepare the SIR Annexure-III form.

1. We Do Not Store Your Personal Data

We do not store any personal information you enter in the SIR form — including name, Aadhaar number, EPIC number, address, photo, or signature. All form data is processed in your browser and sent directly to Formspree for email delivery. We have no access to your submitted data.

2. Data Sent via Formspree

When you submit the form, your data is sent securely to Formspree (a third-party service). Formspree:

  • Emails you the filled PDF
  • Does not store your data permanently
  • Deletes submission after 30 days

3. Google Analytics (Anonymized)

We use Google Analytics to count page views and improve user experience. It collects:

  • Anonymous visit data (no names, no IP full tracking)
  • Page views, time on site, device type

4. Google AdSense

We display non-personalized ads via Google AdSense. Ads may set cookies to show relevant content. We do not control ad content. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for form functionality (e.g., remembering input temporarily). No tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser — the form will still work.

6. Third-Party Links

Our site links to CEO West Bengal, ECI, and PDF downloads. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

7. No Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties except Formspree (for email delivery) and Google (analytics & ads).

8. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption. Since we don’t store data, breach risk is zero.

10. Your Rights

Since we don’t store data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. Contact Formspree if you want submission logs removed.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with the updated date.

Privacy FAQ

No. We do not store any data you enter — name, Aadhaar, EPIC, photo, signature, or address. The form is processed in your browser. When you click “Submit”, data goes directly to Formspree, which emails you the PDF and deletes the submission after delivery. We have zero access to your information. This is by design to protect your privacy during SIR 2025.

Never. Your Aadhaar, EPIC, or any personal identifier is not saved on our server. It exists only in your browser session and is sent securely to Formspree for PDF generation. Formspree deletes it immediately after email. We cannot retrieve or view your data. This ensures full compliance with data minimization principles.

We use anonymized Google Analytics only to:
  • Count total visitors
  • See which pages are popular
  • Improve navigation and speed
No personal data is collected. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not track individuals. You can opt out using browser extensions like uBlock Origin.

We use only essential cookies to:
  • Remember form input temporarily
  • Prevent form resubmission
No tracking cookies are used. No data is sent to third parties via cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser — the form will still function.

Only you. The PDF is emailed to the address you provide. We do not receive a copy. Formspree processes it transiently and deletes it. No human at our end sees your data. You control the PDF — print and submit to BLO.

No. We are an independent helper tool not affiliated with ECI, CEO West Bengal, or any government body. We do not collect data on behalf of authorities. Your SIR form is for your personal use — to prepare for BLO submission.

There is no data to delete. Since we don’t store anything, no action is needed. If you want Formspree logs removed, contact them directly. Your email and PDF remain only with you.

Only to send your filled SIR PDF. We do not:
  • Add you to mailing lists
  • Send marketing emails
  • Share your email
The email field is required for PDF delivery. Use a personal email — not shared.
